Are procedures legal and licensed?

Yes. We support only licensed/authorized software and follow legal, documented procedures. Ownership/VIN verification may be required for security-related jobs.

Do you sell online / offer automated logins?

No. Our services are handled offline with customer coordination. For workshops, we can help set up official OEM subscriptions with either a one-time assisted login or a 30-day access window (depending on the OEM).

Do you cover EV/PHEV?

Yes. We handle HV safety, isolation, and BECM-related workflows with correct PPE and SOPs.

Do you support fleets and workshops?

Yes. We offer SLAs, technician training, and tooling setup with Android tablets.

Do you offer ECU/TCU cloning?

Yes—only for owner-authorized module replacement. We back up and transfer EEPROM/Flash, verify checksums, and code/initialize where permitted. No theft-related work.
